Canadian Tire Centre Rules
To ensure the safety of all patrons and guests, the Canadian Tire Centre has created the following code of conduct and policy guidelines. Please review and follow the rules and policies below as failure to abide by them may result in expulsion from the venue without refund.
Accessibility Policy
Canadian Tire Centre provides accessibility seating and accommodations at the venue and during most events. These accommodations include accessibility and companion seating as well as accessible bathrooms and facilities. Please call 613-599-0100 to ask about accommodations for your ticketed event.
Arrival Policy
For concerts and certain special events, late arrivals may be asked to wait until an appropriate break period arrives before being allowed entry. To avoid frustrations, please arrive no later than 30 minutes before an event’s start time.
Bag Policy
All bags (camera bags, purses, backpacks, etc) are subject to search upon entering the Canadian Tire Centre.
Please have your bag ready for search before entering entrance doors to accelerate the process.
Camera Policy
Generally speaking, cameras are allowed as long as the following rules are followed.
• No Video Recording from any source
• No Audio Recording from any source
• No Professional Cameras
Individual shows and events may have their own rules regarding cameras. Please refer to the event description or program for details.
Cancellation Policy
The venue is proud of hosting events rain or shine. In the case of severe weather or unexpected closures, the venue will attempt to announce it to all guests as soon as possible. If your show is canceled, please call 613-599-0100 to discuss potential refunds.
Children Policy
Some shows may be restricted to adults only and will be described as such in the event description or program. If a show is recommended for older audiences, then children will not be allowed without an attending parent. Please call the venue to ask about the age restrictions for your upcoming ticketed event.
Food and Beverage Policy
Outside food and beverages are not allowed in the venue.
Lost and Found
If you lost an item at the venue, please check in with security for help with finding the Canadian Tire Centre’s lost and found department. After the show, please call 613-599-0114to to inquire about your missing item.
After 30 days, items may be donated to non-profit charity organizations or disposed of at the discretion of the Guest Services Manager.
Prohibited Items
For patron safety, the following items are not allowed in the arena.
- outside food or drink,
- carry bags or backpacks,
- bottles or cans, glass, and coolers
- containers,
- illegal substances, alcohol, drugs, and other paraphernalia
- incendiary devices,
- weapons of any type, chains, spikes
- strollers,
- banner sticks or flag poles,
- artificial noise-making devices, air horns
- laser pointers,
- helium balloons,
- audio or video recorders,
- pets other than service animals,
- professional cameras, (SLR / DSLR)
- items the contents of which cannot be inspected or displayed.

Re-Entry Policy
There is no re-entry policy for The Canadian Tire Centre. All exits are final.
Smoking Policy
Smoking, including e-cigarettes and vaporizers, is not permitted within the venue. Please ask the event staff if there is a designated smoking section for your ticketed show or event.
